MCA is a multifunctional subordinate lotion,inflaming retarding and lubricative. The following is its characteristics : first,high percentage of nitrogen(More than 48%). It can serve as a good fire retardant when added to rubber,plastics,and other relevant material,especially nylon. Second,good heating stability. Its heat loss is very low, being long-term exposed at 300∩. Third, it is a good lubricant with similar structures like graphite. It can be used under high temperature, high pressure, high load and impact load. Fourth,It keeps its stable lubricate characteristic under high temperature, high speed, low temperature, low speed and even sharp change of the temperature. MCA is a very good new substitute lubricant of molybdenum and teflon.
